How to reach the index, and which channel handles what
How to reach the Canadian Radon Services Index, and which channel to use for a correction, a listing question, a data licence request or a press enquiry.
Write to hello@canadianradonservicesindex.ca. It is the one address for everything. Email is the only channel; there is no form at launch. SIUYA INC., an Ontario corporation, publishes the Index, and its postal address is in the footer of every page.
The address handles four kinds of message:
- A correction to something on a page
- A question from a listed business about its record
- A data or licence question
- A press enquiry
To report an error, send the page address and the source
You do not need any expertise to report an error. Send one message with four things:
- The address of the page
- The statement in question
- What you believe is wrong with it
- A supporting source, if you have one
We acknowledge a report within 2 business days. We fix a data or safety error within 5 business days and any other substantive error within 15 business days.
See what happens to a report, step by step.
To update a listing, write with the credential number
A listed business can ask for one of three things:
- A correction to its record
- A reduced listing: the business name, its credential status and the source, and nothing else
- The withdrawal of an individual’s name
A correction costs nothing. The message needs:
- The business name as it appears in the C-NRPP directory
- The C-NRPP credential number shown on the provider page
- The issue
The record itself comes from C-NRPP’s directory. A change made there reaches the Index at the next pull.

Press, data and licence enquiries go to one address
Press enquiries go to Ben Puzzuoli, Founder and Publisher, at the address above. The datasets marked CC BY 4.0 need no permission to reuse. A question about any other dataset, or about a use the licence does not cover, goes to the same address.
We keep a message for 12 months and a correction report for 24 months. Proton Mail handles our email. See what happens to a message you send.
See which datasets you may reuse without asking.
Only a test can tell you whether your house has radon
We cannot tell you the radon level in your home. We do not test homes, perform mitigation or sell equipment. We do not pass enquiries to providers. We collect no enquirer data and sell no leads.
Find a certified provider in the directory, then contact the business through the website and phone number on its listing. An accessibility barrier goes to the same address, and we acknowledge it within 2 business days. See how to report a barrier.
