This study lists the towns in a region that have no certified radon mitigator’s office within 50 km or within 100 km. It measures a straight line from each town’s centre to the nearest office of a business for hire with an active C-NRPP mitigation credential. An office anywhere in Canada counts, even across a provincial border.

Each town falls in one of three bands

Each town is placed within 50 km of an office, 50 to 100 km away, or more than 100 km away. The offices come from one dated pull of the C-NRPP directory.

An office is not a service area. Many businesses travel further than 100 km, and some not 25. C-NRPP does not publish where they travel.

Each edition covers one region, on a stated date

Each edition is a dated page under this one, and this page keeps the same address. An edition covers one region or all of Canada. The first edition covers Atlantic Canada.

Every certified business is counted, free

Payment, claiming a listing or a badge never changes a count or a distance. The data comes partly from C-NRPP’s directory, so it carries no licence statement until C-NRPP clears reuse.
